From Vikings in Tarbert, to Queen Victoria s holidays, this complex coastline is her chance to indulge a love of ferries. Episode 3 - North Yorkshire Penelope travels through dales and flies over moors to the coast, in search of the famous Yorkshire spirit. On the way she finds sword dancing in Goathland, and the birthplace of aviation in Brompton-by-Sawdon. Episode 4 - Pembrokeshire Starting in refined Manorbier in the south, Penelope crosses the stunning Welsh peninsula. She explores the wild Preseli Hills, visits the country s best food market in St Dogmaels and finds Abereiddy home of international cliff diving.
